US President and King Salman Signs Saudi-American Joint Strategic Vision Declaration
King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and US President Donald Trump co-signed at Al-Yamamah Palace, the Saudi-US Joint Strategic Vision Declaration when trump visits Saudia this month.
In the presence of the two leaders, the signing ceremony of a number of agreements and investment opportunities was held. The agreements and investment opportunities amounted to more than $280 billion that would contribute to transferring knowledge and creating hundreds of thousands job opportunities in both countries.
Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, and US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson exchanged two memorandums to modernize and revamp Saudi defense capabilities between the Saudi Ministry of Defense and the US Department of Defense.
Four agreement in the field of military industries were exchanged by Chief of the Saudi Military Industries Company Ahmed Al-Khateeb and President and Chief Executive Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation Marillyn A. Hewson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Raytheon Company Dr. Thomas A. Kennedy, President of General Dynamics and President of Boeing Company.
An agreement of partnership to manufacture Black Hock choppers in the Kingdom was exchanged by Prince Dr. Turki bin Saud bin Mohammed, Chairman of Board of Directors of Saudi Corporation for Development and Technological Investment and President and Chief Executive Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation Marillyn A. Hewson.
