Humanitarian Aid by Turkish Red Crescent

In response to the needs of various hospitals and health centers in Libya, the Turkish Red Crescent, with the coordination of AFAD, dispatched to Libya 22 tons of medicine and medical supplies on 24 May 2017.

The supplies were delivered to the Ministry of Health of the Libyan Government of National Accord by the Turkish Embassy in Tripoli.

Turkey which attaches special importance to the stabilization of Libya and supports the Libyan Presidency Council’s efforts to this end, will continue to exert every effort in alleviating the needs of the friendly and brotherly people of Libya.
